Audubon Coffee -- Roasted by the Rogers Family Co. Shipping PolicyPlease click to learn about the changes to our free shipping and discounts policy. Effective 4/9/09. Welcome to the Audubon Coffee shipping policy information page where you'll find information about our handling times, Free/Discounted Shipping Policy for UPS Ground, transit time information, and our policy for PO boxes, military shipments, Alaska/Hawaii (zone), and international shipments. 3-Day Handling Time Policy We have a 3 business day handling time policy before shipping. So once you place your order, it may not ship until 3 business days later (but often ships sooner). If you order on or around one of our company holidays, the total days before shipping may take longer simply because the holiday is not a business day. Please see our holiday list at the bottom of this page. If you're using Free Shipping/UPS Ground methods, transit times vary from our Northern California location. Check the UPS Ground chart below for the approximate times. Free/Discounted Shipping $50 or More We offer free, standard UPS Ground shipping for orders totaling $50.00 or more, AFTER coupons and discounts. NEW! For orders between $30 - $49.99 AFTER all coupons and discounts, we offer a $5.99 flat rate, discounted shipping option via UPS Ground. (This excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and regular international shipments.) If you'd like to setup your order with a shipping method other than UPS Ground, or if your order is under $30, you'll incur the standard UPS shipping rates. Shipments to Alaska/Hawaii Zone All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only and will not include a tracking number. For orders $50 or more AFTER all coupons and discounts, we'll apply a flat rate, per pound surcharge in which now adheres to USPS prices. NEW! For orders weighing 6 pounds or less and under $50 AFTER all coupons and discounts, we offer a $14.99 flat rate shipping option via USPS. Any order outside of these parameters (i.e. over 6 pounds and under $50 AFTER all coupons/discounts) will incur standard UPS rates. Shipping to a PO box? - We only ship to these locations using USPS; however we charge you UPS Ground rates shown on the website (including the Free/Discounted Shipping $50 or More method) during checkout. We cannot ship overnight or express mail if you provide a PO box, and these orders will not receive a tracking number. Transit Times Please see the UPS Ground Transit Times map for an estimate of when you can expect your shipment for UPS Ground shipments. The times are estimated from our roasting facility in Lincoln, CA. Shipping and Holidays When you place an order, we will process that order and charge your credit card either that same day or the following work day. Then the order will typically ship within 3 business days after it is processed and charged. Our holidays are shown below. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the first business day after the holiday. The order will be shipped as soon as possible after it's processed. Our holidays are:
